After working on some aspect of a couple thousand independant articles on Wikipedia, I've learned to be very cautious with articles like this one. Generally, when a well-written article lacking wikification, but with enough text (and possibly many of sources for references) to rank at least at C-level, it isn't a good sign-- most often, it's plagiarism, with the article running word for word.. or sometimes an article from another language Wikipedia, translated and left here, without sources or references. I'm not saying that I know this is true in this case; I haven't had enough time to glance over it, really, but I thought a word of caution might spare someone a lot of hours working on this. I'd check out most articles about Melba Liston before committing myself to editing it. --Leahtwosaints (talk) 22:42, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
