I submitted this exact article some time ago .. and got a "was not accepted" response. ... Anyway, I am glad to see that I don't have to figure out why it was rejected (since they left no comments), it is already here, and basically exactly as I wrote it. 'edit': Oooh, now I see that after it was rejected it was accepted! No wonder it looks just like the one I submitted. :)
I wonder why it is ranked as a stub —to me, this is somewhere between Start and B class, as honestly: it has a few, solid source links, it is not "little more than a dictionary entry" but a well fleshed out, if basic description, and it is well structured, without many things to cut.
