What is QMB ?
[edit]What is QMB....? Qualified Medicare Beneficiaries
Second sentence says "Dual Eligibles generally qualify for the QMB benefits, in which the beneficiary's non-Medicare coverage is covered by Medicaid, effectively providing full health care coverage." However, there is no explanation of what QMB is.
This article should be much clearer than it is currently. Editing for clarity would be appreciated.

Article Needs a New Title
[edit]This article should not be titled "Medicare dual eligible" since the definition of a dual eligible includes Medicare AND Medicaid. I would like to see the title renamed "Dual-Eligible Beneficiaries"
Furthermore, I want to delete a few sections that are out of date. Happy to do so but I am a new editor.
Lastly, the reason we need to keep this page is because the status of dual-eligibles and their financing is hugely important to the American Health Care System.
