A number of issues:
- No images.
- Notable medical directors should be followed by MD not labeled as Dr. What year they founded stuff should also be specified.
- Does not fullfil the criteria or WP:LEAD
- In North America, medical directors are typically board-certified in emergency medicine. Needs a reference. And remember North America includes both Mexico and Canada were are know very few of the EMS medical directors are board certified.
- Name of article should be EMS medical directors to dif from other types.
- A fair bit of unencyclopedic language. such as "Note: In the interest of clarity, medical directors exist in a variety of other settings in addition to EMS. It is largely a generic term used to describe a physician who has responsibility for the medical control and direction of various types of organizations, including hospital departments, blood banks, clinical teaching services and others. This article focuses specifically on the role of the medical director with respect to the operation of EMS systems."
- This article seems to talk primarily about the different types of EMS practice rather than about EMS medical directors.
- It is missing large amount of information. Such as the existence of course specifically in EMS medical directing. There is also a fellowship in EM that one can do in EMS in both CA an US.
- No section on history ( when did this practice start, were did it start, who started it, were does it exist now, how are things structors, etc ) In Canada for example each health region has a EMS medical director. How is it set up in the USA.
- Anyway that should be lots of work for now.
