I reverted back to the version before there was the stupid stuff about a cell phone. If this is all true, which i do not think it is, it is still unimportant for the article.

I removed the first external link because it seemed to just be a commercial link to a site selling meat thermometers (not that I can guarantee that, since it refused to let my non-IE browser past the first page). On the other hand the other links contain objective thermometer descriptions which I found helpful. (I can't believe I just wrote that much about meat thermometers!)
