I started reviewing Braunfeld v. Brown and ran into problems until I realized both cases are part of a set of four Sunday closing law cases from 1961. My con law book doesn't make much distinction between them, so I'm not sure how to handle the situation. I'm happy to create a page for all four cases, but my main question is whether we should merge them into that page or leave them separately. Apparently there were "only" twelve separate opinions, so my own opinion is to merge. Thoughts?--Chaser T 07:47, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- My instinct would be to leave them as separate pages, but add some kind of collective page on "Sunday closing laws" that discusses the four plus the laws' history and status. I don't feel particularly strongly, though. TheronJ 10:25, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
