Integration into La Guardia biographical article
[edit]@Jon698 and @Susmuffin: You have both done an excellent job on this draft. If you don't have plans to expand it further, might I suggest integrating it directly into Mayor La Guardia's biographical article? I think its moderate length is appropriate for a section within a longer article, given that it covers most of the relevant portions of La Guardia's professional life.
I have been doing some heavy copy-editing to the biographical article over the past day because it is sorely lacking for one of its historical significance. The section on his mayoralty, however, I have left practically untouched. Even if you do plan to expand this draft further into a long article, would you consider assisting me in editing La Guardia's biographical page, given your advanced understanding and work to this point? Best wishes, -A-M-B-1996- (talk) 19:36, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
- @-A-M-B-1996-: I am fine with you taking from this article for the main page. I do plan on continuing to expand this page, but I will obviously not get done with it in a week. Jon698 (talk) 20:15, 24 May 2021 (UTC)

- Article length is good for the new article. No copyvio or plagiarism concerns. Reliable sources are used. Hook checks out and is properly referenced. QPQ done. --Doug Coldwell (talk) 10:34, 2 May 2022 (UTC)
- Hi there! I opened a discussion at WT:DYK about the hook – I have a few concerns theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/they) 01:44, 19 May 2022 (UTC)

- Yeah @Kavyansh.Singh: that is a good hook. I had to do the original one quickly. Also I changed the links to also link to La Guardia himself. Jon698 (talk) 19:36, 19 May 2022 (UTC)
