Metro Mayor
[edit]Has this fallen out of use? I believe the recent edits (now blocked) were more for consistency purposes among all DE mayors. But as the logo shows and to avoid confusion with the former Mayor of Liverpool, "Metro Mayor" was used much more prominently, AFAIAA.[1] However, since the abolishment of the local Liverpool mayor was there a change to just "Mayor"? - It's a mixed bag. A lot of national news sites specify "Liverpool City Region mayor" (lowercase), others refer to "Mayor of Liverpool City Region", the combined authority itself goes for Metro Mayor, but even that's inconsistent as their articles sometimes just say "Mayor of Liverpool City Region" as well, and then other local news others just say "Mayor Rotherham". - As it is in the logo, still believe it should at least be mentioned. DankJae 17:57, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
