Sourcing
[edit]This Leon County government source appears to have the complete list including uears of service and the evolution of their titles as the form of government evolved. FloridaArmy (talk) 00:49, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
Bolding
[edit]Should the ones that don't yet have independent articles be bolded? I would think their names should be redirected here at the least. FloridaArmy (talk) 00:59, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
19th century initials
[edit]People often went by their initials in the 19th century. We should make sure to redirect here and disambiguate from other pages as needed as we strive to expand the names more fully. FloridaArmy (talk) 01:33, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
Malcolm Yancy
[edit]- Malcolm Yancy was listed circa 1950s? He was born August 29, 1896 in Virginia. Graduated from Plant High School. Worked at the State Road Department 20 years before becoming mayor and was World War I veteran.[citation needed] He bought the Towle House in 1942 when he was city manager.[1] I'm thinking he may have been included in error? Seems to have been City Manager. I will try to remember to investigate further. FloridaArmy (talk) 01:33, 7 December 2018 (UTC)

Conflict
[edit]One Tallahassee Democrst obituary rticle has Rudd fellow as 1980-1981 mayor but the Tallahassee Democrat obituary for this other fellow has him as mayor see here FloridaArmy (talk) 03:15, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
David Ochiltree
[edit]Is this him? It seems he definitely had a connection to William B. Ochiltree based on their move to Florida from Fayetteville and timing. I think I saw that there were several generations of David Ochiltree but I think it was a father son relation? Other notable heirs. Noting here for further investigation. David Ochiltree is said to be buried in Cross Creek cemetery in Fayetteville so was his body.moved back home? Or was this maybe a father to both men and they were brothers? But death date the same 1834. FloridaArmy (talk) 15:18, 7 December 2018 (UTC)
