There must have been around 40 stores when I was in the Mayberry Mall in July 2009. Since I am from Pennsylvania, I dont know how about the offering from indoor stores compares to other major Surry County shopping centres. This past October saw a county unemployment rate of 10.3% (around the state average and above the national.) [1]
