Hi Bradpan. Please don't remove notices from the page without addressing the issues, they're not intended as attacks but as guidelines for improving the page. When they're fixed, the notices can come down. For some help on addressing them, see WP:Orphan, WP:Notability (additional sources & links would help establish that here), and consider creating a Lead section to address the "Confusion" issue. As an example (and this is just a spitball from me trying to read the article in context) a lead like "MDE is a financial tool that gives a formula for evaluating investment risks." and then go in to the article.
