Removed Note
[edit]I have removed the following note due to clarity. The note was too confusing and poorly phrased. I can guess what the user was saying, but that wouldn't be very encyclopedic. I don't have access to the source document to paraphrase it any better, so I am removing it until someone with some more knowledge can do so.
