Weber "strongly anti-socialist"
[edit]I would like to see some references for that rather determined statement. There are visible left-wing sympathies that run through his work and public life so I'm not finding that claim sits well. Please elaborate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.12.66.27 (talk) 23:33, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
Agreed. It strikes me that this article was written by someone with an anti-socialist agenda who is trying to fashion Weber after his own image. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.30.159.13 (talk) 17:58, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
This page needs inline references/references
[edit]This entire page reads like a personal essay. Citing Mommsen at the end is insufficient. Further, it should be linked to the Max Weber page but since there are no inline citations, I would hate to do anything that would direct undergraduates here. :) Jellypear (talk) 00:46, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
Weber "against compassion"
[edit]Do the sources express any support for this? This seems extremely subjective. 71.161.96.241 (talk) 15:03, 16 July 2024 (UTC)
