Name?
[edit]Can anyone tell me how to pronounce his last name, Theriot? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.242.46.65 (talk) 21:34, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
Phonetic Pronunciation: TAIR-ee-o —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.242.46.65 (talk) 21:38, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
Filmography link
[edit]The link for "The Family Tree" in the filmography section section links to the 1983 TV series. Which Thieriot wasn't in seeing as how he wasn't born yet. I don't know how to correct this.
Descent
[edit]I removed categories "American people of Dutch-Jewish descent" and American people of French descent". French descent is not mentioned at all in the article. That looks to be purely an assumption based on his name looking French. Per WP:BLPCAT should not be a category unless it is in the article and well-referenced, editor assumptions and evaluations about names can't be used. Dutch-Jewish descent is from his great-great-grandfather's descent and is much too far diffuse as 1/16 of his ancestry to be of any relevance now. I also removed a bunch of other unreferenced descent categories with this edit and previously with this edit for same reason as none of them were supported by article content and all looked to be added by editors making assumptions about appearance and name and info from other sources not mentioned in this article or unreliably sourced from ethnicelebs, an anonymous user generated wiki equivalent. See http://ethnicelebs.com/all-celebs/welcome/terms #5 where they disclaim info there being accurate "we make no assurances that all information on our Site is accurate
". Geraldo Perez (talk) 16:22, 19 October 2015 (UTC)
