Maurice Duplay , born 23 in December 1736in Saint-Didier-La Seauve and died 30 in June 1820in Paris , was a French contractor and a carpenter's revolutionary.

Included in the trial of Fouquier , he was acquitted on 17 Floreal Year III and released.
Indicted in Case of Conspiracy of Equals , in the year IV , he was acquitted by the High Court of Vendome , as his son.
