Was MOM leader of the Nomads for all of Canada, or "just" a key Nomad in Quebec?
[edit]Many media references during the height of the "Quebec Biker War" and the subsequent trials kept referring to Maurice "Mom" Boucher as being one of the founders and also the leader of the Hells Angels Nomad Chapter in Canada, whereas other books I've read have claimed the actual leader (at least up until he was sent to prison) was Walter "Nurget" Stadnick, with "Mom", albeit longer serving with the Hells Angels in Quebec than Stadnick, responsible primarily for expansion within the province (specifically Montreal area). Fallen Angel, in particular, portrayed "Nurget" as also an original founder of the Canadian Nomads chapter but the one who ultimately became the real leader who solidified their dominant position from coast-to-coast in Canada. Does anyone have any clarification or further information to support or refute this information? Garth of the Forest (talk) 09:52, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
