Maurice Berkeley was born in 1577 not 1576. Also the History of Parliament Online Reference cited was the stub from the 1558-1603 Elizabethan volume. He has a much more interesting bio in the Jacobian version at this link: http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1604-1629/member/berkeley-sir-maurice-1577-1617 As you can see the birth year was also corrected in that version and it also included information about his arrest with the Earl of Southampton in 1604 and his interrogation before the privy council when Southampton's mother accused him of supporting a Catholic rising which should be included.
