This now seems to be an obvious COPYVIO from Matthijs Vermeulen Official Page- Leven. Unless it was provably copied with permission (by the original author, if they didn't sign away their rights, is a subcase of this), it cannot be used by us, and certain procedures must then be followed. Needs rewriting in parts

This is clearly written by a Dutch person who doesn't quite have a full grasp of English, but is aiming for an academic style.
