Orphan Warning
[edit]We have a new message from Wikipedia. I'm not sure but I think it might be "bot" generated. Anyway, it says the article is an orphan because it doesn't link to much. But, by my count there are 11 active links on the article now, not counting the references. (I added two more.) So, someone has done a nice job of adding links, and hopefully the "orphan" warning goes away soon.
As time permits I will try to link the other fighters mentioned in the list of people Matt has trained. Should up and coming UFC star Gunner be in that list?

- ZeroXero, you may want to go back and reread the warning, since it mentions that very few pages link to this one. If there aren't 5-10 pages that mention Matt Thornton the martial artist, then he may not really be noteworthy enough to have his own page. ★ Bigr Tex 19:48, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
vandalism of article, violating "living persons" and NPV rules
[edit]It looks like someone has a personal axe to grind on this page and has been putting in some really childish vandalism. All of the anonymous contributor's posts are without any references, seem to rely on hearsay, and leave a strong impression that the anonymous poster has a personal grudge they are trying to work out.
That's inappropriate and not what WIkipedia is for, obviously. Whoever is posting from 167.179.44.182 please desist. If you want contribute to the article, and feel that there is something erronious in the (non vandalized) version then perhaps put it in the discussion area. Stuff like this isn't encyclopedic:
by challenging them as a "bad martial artist" and began to formulate his new challenging concepts. He promoted his own traditional fighting method no one wanted to buy and made training video's to make extra income where his mother was able to help him pay the bills. Later on
Please find a more appropriate venue to take out your personal frustrations with this living person, and stop vandalizing WIkipedia.
