Hello my name is pauline goodman i am reaching out to see what can be done with landlords getting away with neglect...i have emails to 3 different health board people landlord was written up twice ..he agreeed he new about the mice
landlord neglect landlord written up 3 different health board people ..he was citied twice for mold in basement by daughter room and mice and ceiling flooded and my daughter fell through deck had to live with my stuff outside and all stuck in living rm also all fixings used my hydro 82 mice caught my blood pressure was bad and just wanted to get out but i was off with injury from work and covid time and with low money trying to move with 2 dogs was very hard..then landlord served me with raise in rent i was like there is no way i am paying more for this place infested the way it was i wrote health board begging for help got no help took landlord to court anď he got to keep my deposit because i didn't give notice like wow mice were in everything my dog food my cupboards my cloths my grandkids cereal like i don't understand how this is write i followed everything begged for help got nothing told take him to court so i did and rtrs said he can keep my deposit because no notice for move are you serious i am furious this is a shame. 2001:56A:72D2:3700:E81A:2100:B59D:2EDB (talk) 19:42, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
