Same person?
[edit]Isn't this exactly the same person as Matsudaira Ietada (Katanohara)? --JadziaLover (talk | contribs) 11:52, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
Different person?
[edit]Currently Matsudaira Ietada (Katanohara) redirects to Matsudaira Ietada (Fukōzu), even though they are different people: see this versus this or jp:松平家忠 versus jp:松平家忠_(形原松平家). Second, is Matsudaira Ietada (Katanohara) then the same person as Matsudaira Ietada (Kii)? Michitaro (talk) 00:13, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- It appears Katanohara and Kii branches are the same, or rather Katanohara branch ruled Kii. Either way, Fukozu is a separate branch.
- Matsudaira Ietada (Katanohara) (1547-1582) was the son of Iehiro (家広), of Katahara-jo, Mikawa province (now in Gamagōri, Aichi). See the Katahara-Matsudaira page: jp:形原松平家
- Matsudaira Ietada (Fukozu) (1555-1600) was the son of Koretada (伊忠), of Fukozu in Mikawa province (now Kōta, Aichi. See the page on the Fokozu-Matsudaira: jp:深溝松平家
- Hope this helps. Boneyard90 (talk) 02:28, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
