I'm not aware that the Mater is associated with the Royal College of Surgeons. I thought it was exclusively a University College Dublin hospital. Can anyone else confirm the RCSI statement in the main article? Babajobu 04:38, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Endoscopy

[edit]

Hmmm it says on this page that the endoscope was first used at the Mater. On the endoscope page the Mater is not mentioned. I think this needs checking for accuracy.
