Activities section reads like advertisement.

The problems with this section:

Claim that visiting the beach is most popular activity, with no reference to confirm this.
Claim that Matagorda is a "fishing hotspot" with no reference to confirm this.
Claim that Matagorda is "known (passive general claims like this are weasel words) as one of the best kayaking and kayak fishing destinations" with either no reference to confirm this (not clear if the www.matagordaadventures.com website claims this), or a subjective reference by a commercial company's website (if www.matagordaadventures.com claim's this). since Matagorda Adventures' website primarily exists to sell kayak tours, it is not a reliable source in this regard.
Clain that "Matagorda County has been #1 in the nation since 1997 in the North American Audubon Christmas Bird Count" is referenced by broken link, and that link is from the Matagorda Chamber of Commerce, which is promotional in nature. It needs a working link, and it would better if that link were non-promotional, such as from a local newspaper or the Audubon society itself. The claim of which species are "most impressive" is subjective and not sourced, may be WP:OR.
