Product placement
Product placement on the Australian version of the show is rife. This is relevant as some cultures still object to product placement as a form of underhand stealth advertising. One example of product placement in master chef was the infamous paper towel used to wipe up a spill scene in the 2011 season, according to ABCs The Gruen Transfer. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.166.6.232 (talk) 00:54, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

Star Chef
There is also a spinoff in China called Star Chef (星廚駕到), which essentially is Chinese Celebrity MasterChef, currently in its second season in 2015.Nbagigafreak (talk) 00:02, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
External links modified
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on MasterChef. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20110724191455/http://www.recept.nu/1.309791/ to http://www.recept.nu/1.309791/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
