Incorrect information
Under Saddam before the invasion, there were at least 3 national stations can be received across Iraq. The general channel,Al-Shabbab TV and Iraqi Satellite Channel. There are handful of local TV channels all by government of course. one was broadcasting in Kurdish . One was for northern city of Mosul. but I don't know if that was still broadcasting until 2003. Al-Shabbab TV was effectively owned by Saddam's son Uday after he took over what used to be called Channel 2 Thecontrib (talk) 03:11, 24 April 2012 (UTC)

Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Media of Iraq. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20090531122141/http://www.newsmax.com:80/timmerman/Kurdistan_minister/2008/05/01/92542.html to http://www.newsmax.com/timmerman/Kurdistan_minister/2008/05/01/92542.html
