Why does it say "Mason is a Happy Child"?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.209.219.139 (talkcontribs)

Photo is misleading

[edit]

If the crater Mason is located in the northeastern Moon, as I verified by the Lunar Atlas

http://www.lpi.usra.edu/resources/lunar_orbiter/bin/info.shtml?212

then the accompanying photo on this Wikipedia page is misleading, as it appears Mason is located in the lower right quadrant, instead of the (correct) upper right (or northeastern) quadrant. Obviously then, the photo must be a mirror image, but why? SalineBrain (talk) 20:46, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

change the title to avoid confusion

[edit]

There is another article about a crater named Manson: Manson crater. Given that there are two craters named manson, one on the earth, and one on the moon, I think it's appropriate to rename this article to something along the lines of Manson crater (moon).
