Merger proposal
[edit]There are 2 page for the identical person Masaharu Nakagawa, as of date=April 2018. This page has more information than another, so suggesting the merger from another to this page. In addition to a normal merger process(because of dupe pages for 1 entity), the another page has Typo in the person name(Masahara: wrong, Masaharu: correct) which needs to be fixed.
