Racist assumptions in the article

I tried to re-write the article so it no longer was singing the praise of those who denied African-Americans the vote and a right to a say in South Carolina government, but there may be more edits that are called for to end this bias.Johnpacklambert (talk) 04:20, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
