The first paragraph doesn’t make sense: “…Jackson complained to the Independent Television Commission and the Broadcasting Standards Commission, accusing Bashir of yellow journalism. In response, Jackson and his personal cameraman released a rebuttal interview…”
I believe it was Bashir who released the rebuttal interview. And if I’m wrong on this, then the language needs to be significantly clarified. Cup o’ Java ( talk • edits ) 05:11, 26 August 2018 (UTC)
- Okay, read up on it a bit. In response to the original documentary, Jackson released unused footage from that documentary portraying him in a more positive light. I think the word “rebuttal” is confusing in the wording used, given that Bashir facilitated all interviews including the ones released by Jackson.
