Improvements needed

This page has several problems.
1. It is written like a resume.
2. It has a lot of self-promotion.
3. There is no need to list so many projects and talks given. Do a selective few is sufficient.
4. Also, it seems the contributor to this article is closely related to the subject and hence possible conflict of interests.
Hence, other editors please help to revise this article to a concise and neutral form.

I think the article has been improved and the issues no longer exist but would welcome a second opinion please. If you agree, please let me know or remove the template messages.
