Release year?
[edit]Determining the year of release for this film is nearly impossible. I can find multitudes of apparently authoritative sources, each of which lists the film as being released in either 1966, 1967 or 1968. Is there any way we can narrow this down? I'm inclined to believe the earliest date, and speculate that the subsequent years were re-releases. Thanks.—RJH (talk) 20:17, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
Copyright infringement?
[edit]Does anyone know if Disney stole the basic idea from this film and reformed it into the plot for their Mars Needs Moms movie? Any information would be great. Thank you. Thriley (talk) 05:03, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
- Uh, no. That movie is loosely based on the book Mars Needs Moms by Berkeley Breathed, the creator of Bloom County. - Dravecky (talk) 10:45, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
Pop culture references
[edit]The article could use a section titled "Popular culture references" or "References in popular culture" or whatever such similar section title other film articles use, as the phrase and derivatives of it are part of the cultural landscape. There probably is a Simpsons use example out there. 5Q5 (talk) 14:35, 15 August 2013 (UTC)
