You use the "days later" in two sentences, maybe change the wording and expand on his hamstring (ie. include that he was 16-for-35 (.457) in his last nine games)

I suggest merging the two sentences on the 2007 season with the one below it
Please spell out General manager instead of just using GM since this is the first time it is used

What does Used out of the bullpen for the team mean?

It’s noted that Vanderbilt coach Tim Corbin called Prior one of the best players he coached at Vanderbilt. However, their time with the Commodores didn’t overlap.
