[edit]Are you sure that Lambert dubbed the singing in 'Cabaret' and/but was from California? I know imdb say so, complete with some silliness about Lambert didn't want to dye his hair blond so just dubbed the song, but it just doesn't seem right. Watching the 15-year-old 'extra' actor (Oliver Colignon) in the Tomorrow Belongs To Me scene, and very familiar with German accents, I could swear that the singer was a native German and a young boy, as was Collignon. It's either the greatest dubbing job ever, or the greatest American imitation of a German accent ever. Can you verify? 71.175.191.248 (talk) 19:49, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
- Having known Mark I know that the voice in Cabaret is definitely his. You can check that out by
- listening to Mark's performance in "A Little Night Music". I had the honor of hearing his beautiful
- tenor along with his late wife Vicky Mallory in their living room live. It was quite an honor and thrill.

Incorrect credits
[edit]I believe that the credits of two Mike Lamberts have been conflated here. I am certain that Lambert who played Col. Girdwood in Sharpe's Regiment is not the same as the Lambert who played Henrik Egerman in A Little Night Music. There exists a page for a Mike Lambert (Irish Actor), and I believe he is the one who was in Sharpe, etc. 148.252.133.194 (talk) 12:09, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
