[edit]Fishman doesn't seem notable. The "notable" award isn't that notable: As of 2009, the Academy has 4,000 fellows. As best I can tell, this guy is just another executive with no notable achievements. WP:MILL Josh Parris 03:42, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
Hang on. I'll add more. I think that he should be on Wikipedia at least as the head of a research organization of over 5000 scientists with a multibillion dollar budget. He was Chief of Cardiology and Director of Cardiovascular Research at Mass General. Daniel Vasella has a Wikipedia page as CEO of the company. Mcpazzo (talk) 03:53, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
- Being "just another executive" of a large important corporation is an assertion of notability.Prezbo (talk) 04:38, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
- large important corporations are chock full of executives. WP:MILL Josh Parris 05:50, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
- What I mean is that he's obviously a senior exec at Novartis and that makes the a7 tag inappropriate.Prezbo (talk) 07:06, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

I've added some more information on him that will hopefully be enough to keep him here. Mcpazzo (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 05:09, 20 October 2009 (UTC).
- I think the 100+ published articles helps greatly. Now, if that could be mentioned in his intro: "widely referenced researcher in cardiology," I'd buy it. Josh Parris 05:50, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
- The tagline was definitely lacking before. I think it's better now. Thanks. Mcpazzo (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 07:03, 20 October 2009 (UTC).
