The section of this entry concerning the independently verifiable legal history concerning the paedophilia and sexual abuse of students at Marist College Canberra, seem to be periodically deleted from this record, by person or persons unknown. We hope that wikipedia editors support the retention of facts on this page, that relate to these matters of public interest and public record. Sexual abuse case

The following text was removed (by someone else):

The school has been the subject of numerous complaints regarding sexual abuse in the 1970s and 80s. The most public of these was Justice Gray sentencing Brother Kostka to a total of six years jail in June 2008. Kostka taught at Marist College in Pearce between 1976 and 1992, having joined the religious order at the age of 11. Justice Gray said he took into consideration the fact that Kostka had been sexually abused himself between the ages of 11 and 13, but added this did not excuse his conduct. canberratimes reference

The Canberra Times reference does not work for me, however other sources are available by a simple GNews search, for example ABC, 2008. I note that this text says "numerous complaints" and "the most public of these was", but only refers to one case of prosecution to support the statements.

Are there any strong opinions for or against inclusion and what weight would be appropriate if included? There is a danger that the school article would be overly weighted to these events from the 1980s if (comparatively) a lot of detail were added or the section dominated the article.
