[edit]I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The article is heavy on not-terribly-useful citations to articles written by Schilling or quoting Schilling, but has very little actual independent coverage of the subject. Across the 31 citations, there is enough to meet notability guidelines, but it was close. The article needs more citations to independent coverage, and could stand to cut some of the current citations to primary coverage..
