What a fascinating article, great stuff, I really enjoyed it. Elegantly written, and a remarkable woman.
One small thing - the template at the end on Horticulture and Gardening: if it's going to be there, then it should really contain a section on Landscape gardening with Marian Coffin and other landscape architects in there... not a showstopper for GA, however. I am puzzled by this part of her name. Is it's a part of her first name, why is she called just Marian in the Early life section? If it's a middle name, why is it in the article title? If it's part of her last name, why is she called just Coffin throughout the article? (And where does that part of her surname come from?) I notice that she is more often called Marian Coffin (c. 100 hits) than Marian Cruger Coffin (c. 20 hits), and that the only book in the Bibliography section that names her in the title uses the name Marian Coffin.
