New article, meets length and sourcing criteria. AGF on the sources as they are mostly in Polish. Hook is solid and cited in the article. QPQ done. The picture appears to be free based on Polish copyright laws, but may need to be looked into by someone more knowledgeable in wiki copyright policies.
