Margy Hart is significant because her arrest was one of a number of arrests of burlesque dancers which preceded Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia's abolishment of burlesque in the late 1930s, and a cleanup of the 42nd Street district of Manhattan. Hart fits into several categories, erotic dancers, etc., plus 1935 in law which I am adding.

Her name is generally spelled Margie Hart - there is an existing stub at Margaret Hart Ferraro. This material should be merged there, and this can be left as a redirect. Delicious carbuncle (talk) 16:19, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
