Addition of Information
[edit]Hi! I’d like to add more of her accomplishments and contributions to science, since the only articles discussed on this page are two papers published, one in the late 1980s and one in the early 1990s. Since then, Margaret Stanley has made tremendous strides on her work with the human papillomavirus including the HPV vaccination, host and epithelial cell responses to infection, and further guidance on the prevention of cervical cancer. Lastly, I want to add more information on her involvement in the International Papillomavirus Society and University of Cambridge Department of Pathology. Does anyone have any thoughts on these types of edits and enhancements to the page? Thanks. --Daniwenger27 (talk) 01:05, 14 February 2018 (UTC)
Notability?
[edit]This article does not seem to be notable by any standard. Anyone think it shouldn't be deleted?--Δζ (talk) 08:34, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- Stanley is a full professor at a prestigious university & elected fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences; Google Scholar[1] also shows high citations for several of her research papers -- she meets WP:PROF. Espresso Addict (talk) 00:44, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
