Considered “one of America’s leading forensic pathologists,” Dr. Fierro’s discoveries in the field of forensic science inspired Patricia Cornwell’s famous crime novels in which she modeled her protagonist Kay Scapetta after Dr. Fierro and her work.

Neutrality
[edit]The article is written in such a way that it is arguably speedy-deletable under CSD G11. A brief glance at the content reveals promotional language such as:
- Empathy and the desire to help has been at the root of Fierro’s drive and commitment to becoming one of the most prestigious forensics pathologists.
and non-neutral, opinionated language such as:
- This award exemplifies Fierro’s determination to devote her life to her scientific research and discoveries and her willingness to help and educate others.
and
- It is important to give recognition to Dr. Fierro and her achievements as a forensic pathologist instead of acknowledging them through a fictional character and story.
There are numerous other examples.
In accordance with WP:NEUTRAL and WP:NOTPROMOTION, this needs to be rectified. SuperMarioMan ( Talk ) 14:01, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
