Darwin Award
[edit]Is it really necessary to mention the nomination for a Darwin Award? So far as I know, anyone can nominate anyone for a Darwin Award, and, from what I know of the circumstances of Aaronson's death, I'd say this was a nomination that should have been rejected out of hand. Astronomical observatories are inherently dangerous places, with all the heavy and high-voltage equipment, and Aaronson's mistake was understandable if tragic. I don't see a need to impugn his intelligence this way. 128.165.87.144 (talk) 20:02, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
