Formula in example

When the optimum is each $X_{i}$ having $P_{b}/n$ blue and $P_{r}/n$ red points the formula should be $\max(||P_{b}\cap X_{i}|-|P_{b}|/n|+\dots )$. I'm new to this topic so I am asking here first.
