  • "File:Manuel1 Marie.jpg" needs a US PD tag.
    • Done.
  • Caption: "Miniature portrait of Andronikos I (from a 15th-century codex containing a copy of the Extracts of History by Joannes Zonaras". Either remove the opening parenthesis or add a closing one.
    • Done.
  • Infobox: "after" should have a capital A.
    • Done.
  • "The name and identity of his mother are unknown". Would not 'The identity of his mother is unknown' convey the same information?
    • Quite right, changed..
  • Link Georgian, chronicler
    • Georgian is already linked earlier, done re chronicler.
  • Cite 41 has a hyphen in the page range!!
    • Fixed.

Hi Gog the Mild, done. Anything else? As usual, any comments beyond GA requirements would be welcome, esp. regarding comprehensibility. I would like to push this up to FA eventually. Constantine 09:07, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Constantine, it reads fine to me. As you probably gathered, I could find very little to pick at. Gog the Mild (talk) 11:21, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • ... that although he was the oldest son of Byzantine emperor Andronikos I Komnenos, Manuel Komnenos was not named as heir, as he opposed his father's policies?

Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: —valereee (talk) 15:59, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hook support sentence needs a citation: Although widely acknowledged as more capable than his brother, Manuel was bypassed due to his opposition, although officially his father justified this choice with following the AIMA prophecy —valereee (talk) 15:59, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Valereee: reference added directly after the sentence, and QPQ done. Constantine 08:33, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
