The entire graf reads as though it's been taken from another source. If so, it needs clear attribution, not to mention explicit permission. If not, it needs to be rewritten into something resembling less a verbatim transcript and more an authoritative reference work. Weeb Dingle (talk) 06:23, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
