Judge retirement age in Australia
[edit]This article previously read that judges cannot be removed in Australia because of the seperation of powers doctrine. This is not entirely correct - s72 of Australia's Constitution provides:
The Justices of the High Court and of the other courts created by the Parliament: (i) shall be appointed by the Governor‑General in Council; (ii) shall not be removed except by the Governor‑General in Council, on an address from both Houses of the Parliament in the same session, praying for such removal on the ground of proved misbehaviour or incapacity;
This applies to courts created by the Federal Parliament... I think there are similar provisions for State-created courts, in their respective Constitutions. LudBob 05:22, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

Removing Anglican Communion
[edit]I'm removing an unsourced subsection under Religion titled "Anglican Communion." A quick google search revealed that there is no uniformity among Anglican provinces or dioceses. For example, England is 70 [1], US is 72 [2], and at least some parts of Canada are 65 [3]. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Novanglusva (talk • contribs) 18:53, 27 June 2022 (UTC)
