It ends a sentence. Right now, it shows "criticized Rihanna for "cold, calculated execution of murder" in the video, The council disagreed...". After thoroughly reviewing this article, I have decided to put this article on hold at this time. There are a few minor issues above which are affecting the prose quality of the article. Other than that, the only major problem I see is the formatting of sources in the "References" section.
