When the league was founded?

Hello. I am a user in Greek Wikipedia. I am trying to make articles about football in Malta. I have founded in RSSSF league table for L-Ewwel Diviżjoni Maltija for 1998-99 [1]. I wasn't able to find anything before this. When L-Ewwel Diviżjoni Maltija was started? Thx. 14:39, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
