• It looks as if Malta did not send a delegation to the 1976 Summer Paralympics?
• "to enable her progression into the" -> "qualify for" would be simpler and get the point across as well.
• "Kravchenko was occupied" Nope, not the word you want.
• "Two other para-athletes, including 2008 Maltese representative Antonio Flores (athletics), failed to meet the necessary qualifying times for their respective events and Flores severely injured his right foot during training." Sentence could use some massaging. Did he not go because of qualifying, or because of a training injury?
• Was she 25 then, or is she 25 now?
