Addition of irrelevant Manastir congress from 1908

With this bold edits a block of text about Congress of Manastir held in 1908 was added to this article. Since this revolt had nothing to do with choice of alphabet used to write text in Albanian language, I removed it. If anybody has valid argument to support its inclusion please bring it first here. --Antidiskriminator (talk) 16:59, 27 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Inspiration

Some sources say that Nikola I Petrović-Njegoš initiated and supported the revolt,^[1] some say that he just supported it^[2] and others say he did not support it at all.^[3] Per this, "Most of contemporary studies confirm that this uprising was supported by Montenegro" is the most NPOV version.
